Bauyrzhan holds the position of Head of the Payroll Department. He is responsible for overseeing and planning the work of his department, managing the service delivery process, and maintaining and developing client relationships.

He has over 19 years of experience in accounting, specifically in payroll calculation for employees working under various labor conditions.

Prior to joining BPO, Bauyrzhan served as Head of the Payroll Department at one of the leading international consulting firms. He was responsible for onboarding and adapting new clients, had full control over payroll operations, and was directly involved in the development and implementation of payroll automation processes.
