Zhanar holds the position of head of the payroll department. Monitors and plans the work of payroll department, processes for providing services, maintaining and developing relationships with clients.

Zhanar has more than 16 years of experience in the field of accounting, as well as in the specifics of calculating salaries for employees working in various modes.

Before joining BPO, Zhanar held the position of head of the HRO department (payroll and cash flow calculation) at one of the international consaltancy companies and was responsible for the setup procedures of new clients, as well as exercising full control over payroll and HR records management of clients’ employees.
